Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning Inc. was founded September 1, 1998 by Timothy J. Olson. Tim was born and raised in Fargo
and graduated from North High School in 1987. Tim married Lori in 1996 and they make their home is south Fargo with sons Brad,
Alex and daughter Hannah. Tim learned about managing business as a manager for a fast food chain and went on to get
his degree in Business Managment. Tim has always known he has wanted to own his own business since he was 19 or 20 years old.
Tim had prior window cleaning experence and felt his managment and window cleaning skills were a perfect match. Tim
jumped at the opportunity and created Mr. Sparkle Window Cleaning Inc. Since then Mr. Sparkle has become well known in
the F-M area for providing excellent service. Most of the growth is due to word of mouth advertising. Most of
the residential customers repeat every year.

Our Employees
"A business is only as good as the people who work for it. That is why as the owner I'm out there every day doing
a lot of the work myself. That way I see the quality of my employees work and they can see what kind of quality
I expect. Other people who work for Mr. Sparkle are my wife Lori who runs our office, my sister Nancy, and Stephen.
Together we have over 20 years of experience. - Tim Olson
